ENDANGERED PLANT SPECIES

This permanent exhibition represents life material of The Seed Bank of Endangered Plant Species of Regional Museum in Olomouc. The bank is connected with both practical and active protection of endangered species and their populations. The bank also contributes toward sustaining the biodiversity in specific habitats where the endangered species occur. The high standards of The Seed Bank of Endangered Plant Species of Regional Museum in Olomouc are maintained through scientific collaboration with academic institutions, state nature conservancy and NGOs.
The permanent exhibition Endangered Plant Species is opened from April the 1st till September the 30th in museum atrium, daily except Monday from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m.
